Payment
I accept payment via PayPal. Upon completing your website purchase, you will be redirected to Paypal, where you can pay either through your account or with a credit or debit card.
If you are located in Australia and would prefer to pay via direct debit, please contact me prior to placing an order.
Once I receive your payment, I will send an acknowledgement and start working on your order.
Shipping
Please note that many jewelry pieces are made to order, which takes anywhere from a few days to a week. Your item is shipped as soon as it is complete – within the week from ordering, often sooner. Your order will be shipped to the address provided with your order, which is generally your Paypal address. You will receive confirmation when you order is received and when it has shipped.
Standard shipping is by Australia Post, priority shipping is by Australia Post Express, and international shipping is by Australia Post. Domestic mail takes 2-3 days on the East Coast, a few days longer for WA and NT. International mail takes 7-10 business days. If you need something sooner, please convo me and we can arrange for expedited shipping at an additional cost.
Refunds, Exchanges and Repairs
I offer a 10 day full refund for return policy, as I want you to love your Full Spiral jewelry. If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact me within 10 days of receipt.
Upon receipt of the item in original condition, I will refund your order total through PayPal. I cannot accept responsibility for return shipping costs.
While I attempt to communicate sizes clearly, if you receive an item and it doesn’t fit correctly (such as a ring or bracelet) I will resize it for free. I will pay for postage costs by regular post.
If an item requires repair due to normal wear and tear within the first year after purchase, I will repair it for no cost and cover all shipping costs. After one year, I will still do repairs free of charge but you will responsible for shipping costs.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Packaging & Gift Presentation
All Full Spiral jewelry is lovingly presented in a keepsake organza bag, ready for you to give as a gift (or treat yourself). I do not use jewelry boxes for most items because flat-packing in a bubble envelope allows me to charge you much less for shipping. Some larger items will be posted in recycled kraft boxes in order to protect them during shipment.
If you would like a gift card included, simply write your message when checking out through Paypal and indicate that the item is a gift.

I usually work with current and past forms, modifying them to suit individual style. I am totally open to exploring new possibilities if you have something special in mind – but keep in mind that if you ask me to come up with a completely new design, the price of your piece will be higher.
